Join our very special community
Joining the Westgrove Citizens’ Association (WGCA) is available to all homeowners and tenants, 21 years of age and older. The WGCA furthers the health, safety, and welfare of Westgrove residents. All members in good standing are governed by our Articles of Association & By-Laws and are invited to participate in the many community-wide events throughout the year. Dues are $25.00/household and cover the period of July 1 - June 30 each calendar year; stay tuned for more information on dues.

Local representation
You’ll have full representation - and a voice - at the Mount Vernon Council of Citizen Associations and other local affiliations.
Voting eligibility
Every member will be able to vote for WGCA board members at our annual community meetings as well as other pertinent issues as applicable.
Social connections
Your dues help subsidize the many social events throughout the year and support our longstanding annual printed directory.
